Tower One Construction, a Denver-based general contractor, recently completed the Newton Theater Rehearsal Space located at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in the Denver Performing Arts Center.
The $1.5-million project remodeled 8,100 sq ft of existing space on the fourth floor loft. It includes a new dance floor, bar and pre-function area. A state-of-the-art audio-visual system was also installed. The loft area will be used for social gatherings, opera-education lectures, rehearsal space and dance recitals.
Denver Mayor Bill Vidal celebrated the opening of the new venue with a ribbon cutting on May 10.
