1. Workers Compensation Fund Corporate Office at Towne Ridge Parkway

Start: Oct. 2008 Finish: July 2010

This project builds a new six-story, high-rise offi ce building and three-level parking structure. The building is a sideplate job, designed to withstand a maximum plausible earthquake. The parking garage is post-tensioned and can accommodate 450 vehicles.

2. Montana State Fund Office Building
Helena, Mont.
$26 million

Architects: Mosaic Architecture, CTA Architects Engineers
Engineers: RPA, CTA Architects Engineers
Start: Oct. 2008 Finish: June 2010

This project builds a new 115,000-sq-ft office building on a tight site in downtown Helena. The project team coordinated construction with an adjacent 350-car parking structure. The new building includes a large data center, rooftop gardens and a rainwater collection system.

3. Valley Fair Mall Renovation
West Valley City, Utah
$20 million

Architect: Law Kingdon Architect
Start: Jan. 2010 Finish: Fall 2010

Valley Fair Mall is being transformed from an aging 600,000-sq-ft regional shopping center to a 1 million-sq-ft, super-regional shopping and entertainment power center.

4. Missoula Federal Credit Union

The Missoula Federal Credit Union is an addition and remodel totaling 49,549 sq ft. The addition will include two floors and a basement totaling 30,860 sq ft, onto the existing 18,689 sq ft. The project will be conducted in phases starting with a remodel of the existing training center, which will be transformed into a drive-through teller component. The second phase will be the two-story addition and the last phase will remodel the current teller/ drive-through main branch building.

5. Jupiter Bowl

$3.3 million

Territory Inc.
General Contractor: R&O Construction
Architect: CLC Associates Inc.
Start: April 2009 Finish: Jan. 2010

This project builds a 22,337-sq-ft, full-sized bowling alley that offers customers high-end finishes with original artwork and a four-star restaurant.
