This high-end, 121,000-sq-ft, 37-unit ski-in/ski-out complex is located on the Silver Buck ski run in the Empire Pass development at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. High ceilings and spacious, open floor plans combine to create a Western frontier sense of size, space and grandeur.

Montage Resort & Spa

This five-star luxury resort with ski-in, ski-out service is comprised of a hotel, spa and penthouse; and features 126 guestrooms and 47 suites, each with a gas fireplace, private balcony/ patio, beautiful views and the highest-quality furnishings.

Sunrise at Escala Lodge

Park City, Utah
Cost: $38 million

This high-end resort lodge at The Canyons in Park City includes 173,500 sq ft of main space, along with an 87,000-sqft parking garage. The entire structure is post-tensioned concrete. The lodge features unique, luxurious European finishes.

Waldorf-Astoria Dakota Mountain Lodge

Park City, Utah
Cost: $47.1 million

This 320,000-sq-ft, ski-in/ski-out resort at The Canyons in Park City features 102 units ranging from studios to four bed room suites. It is highlighted by five-star interior finishes to go with a stylish exterior that features stone, wood siding, shakes and railings. Colored concrete and stamped patterns are featured on walks, plaza and roadways. Stone chimneys and raised copulas adorn the top of the roof.
